Healthy Habits Plate - GIVEAWAY!!

A couple weeks ago I was contacted by Amy of superhealthykids.com about a neato product she's designed, the Healthy Habits Plate.
The Healthy Habits Plate helps teach and encourage children (and parents too!) that half their meal should consist of fruits & veggies, 1/4 of their meal should be a protein, and 1/4 of their meal should be grains.

The Healthy Habits plate not only teaches children how to eat more healthfully, but it also can remind caregivers to provide their kids more fruits and vegetables!

Some more info about the Healthy Habits Plate:
- promotes balance, rather than counting serving sizes
- dishwasher safe!
- BPA free!
- lead free!
- 8 inches
- great for dinner, lunch, or breakfast!

The Super Healthy Habits Plate sells for $4.99 from superhealthykids.com!

TWO lucky Another Lunch readers will win a Heathly Habits Plate! Yay!! Wouldn't you like one of these nifty healthy eating helpers?

ENTER THE GIVEAWAY:
- leave a comment on this post. That's all you have to do! Easy, right? :)

DETAILS:
Two winners will be chosen at random using random.org tomorrow night, Tuesday, November 16, 2010. (So don't delay!!)  Winners will be announced on Wednesday! The Healthy Habits Plate prizes will be sent directly from Super Healthy Kids!

Contest and comments are now closed. Thanks!

this would be really good for MY lunch. I am a carb lover. I love me some cereal & cookies & toast & tortillas.
I'm not a veggie lover. I blame my mom b/c growing up veggies was that frozen veggie medley (carrots, peas, corn & green beans) that tasted like watery nastiness.

It is shocking how few parents know this - what a great tool to remind us all. :) Our two yr old is carbs/fruit/dairy only - everything else goes on the floor - so challenging!
